Eligibility for Returns

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our support team at support@boldpineapple.com with your order number.
  2. We’ll send a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Pack the items securely and drop them at your nearest shipping center.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace it at no extra cost.
